Interview
It was a relaxing one on one chat between me and the employer and while asking and answering in polite and calm manner there was a lot of ice breaking that made the interview more manageable.
Apply, wait for a phone call, get dressed up then go and answer a bunch of questions about yourself and your experience and future goals and aspirations. Ask questions about work environment and compensation.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IHOP (Pflugerville, TX)

Interview is pretty easy pretty simple got hired on the same day I applied but don’t apply here look at the work reviews instead but that’s all I gotta pretty much say about the interview process
