Online application, casual phone interview, formal virtual interview. Questions were very scenario based. Overall some difficulty but generally a pleasant application experience. Questions were around customer service, complaints, hotel departments, front desk tasks etc.

Interview via whatsapp due to Covid 19 directly with Front Office Manager. After that, I was asked to provide the referee information. Once you pass the interview, the HR will contact you to deal about the salary

They quickly introduced the hotel and asked me about my work experiences. Also, they asked me what i know about the hotel. They are so friendly and pretty easy going.
