I applied for a position and was invited to interview after about two months. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview with a well-known and respected company, my experience with the interview process was disappointing.
Both the HR representative and the hiring manager came across as dismissive and unapproachable during the conversations. When I asked clarifying questions about the role and organization, the responses felt abrupt rather than constructive. At times, there appeared to be visible frustration or impatience when I was answering questions, which made the interview environment feel uncomfortable and intimidating.
Interviews should be a two-way conversation where candidates can evaluate the company just as the company evaluates them. Unfortunately, I left with the impression that candidate experience was not a priority.
