First I applied Online On IGI aviation website , Then there is a written test , Then Candidate with HR Meeting , Then Salary Discussion , After That If Shortlisted then for Candidate is going for training , And Finally Training Qualified then placement

I appeared through a common entrance exam organised by IGI Aviation Services Pvt Ltd. After clearing the entrance test which was based on aptitude and general english, i was called at Delhi office of IGI Aviation. Its was a Face to face interview round where they checked comm skills and other general questions based on my career and future goals
