The interview itself was a very comfortable, friendly video chat conversation with the creative director and my manager-to-be! HR had already asked me a few questions on the phone prior to (when they said IG wanted to set up an interview), so most of what we talked about was my portfolio, capabilities, etc. I really hit it off with them, felt very comfortable talking with them & asking them some questions too. They even gave me a little sneak peek of the studio. Pretty much immediately following this I was issued an art test in which I had to create 2 repeat patterns. I was able to complete it during a very busy time of my life, so I think the time & parameters given were very reasonable. I was offered the job a few days after submitting that.
