Phone screen with recruiter , virtual interview panel with hiring manager and customer service manager, on site panel interview again with hiring manager and customer service manager. Except about 2 hours worth of time to complete all interviews

I had 1 phone interview and 2 in person interview. Spoke with HR recruiter on the phone. Interview with the CSR manager, then came back to meet with Sales manager.

Interview
The interview process was extreme, as I had to speak with a recruiter who went unresponsive for a month or so. Then out of the blue, I had an opening for an in-person interview. I called to follow up and received an email in return stating they were still interviewing. Here we are 8 months later with no response.
