The interview process was smooth and well coordinated from start to finish. The recruitment HR first reached out to assess overall fit, and the next round was scheduled promptly within a few days.
The first round was technical, but it felt more like a discussion than a formal grilling. It focused largely on my past projects, experience, and approach to solving problems.
The second round was a technical panel interview conducted in person. There were four interviewers, and the discussion lasted around 1.5 hours. This round was more intensive, but still quite engaging. The questions were centered on my previous work and how I would approach implementing certain features. The main thing they seemed to be evaluating was logical thinking, problem solving, and how I approach arriving at solutions. Handling questions from four people at once can feel a bit daunting, but I found it to be a good challenge. I did not answer every question perfectly, but I enjoyed the discussion and the opportunity to think through different scenarios.
The third round was with HR and was focused on cultural fit. She also shared helpful context about the team and what would be expected in the role.
Throughout the process, the recruitment HR was supportive, responsive, and helpful, which made the overall experience a positive one.
