Written exam with two hours to finish and an interview with a 3 person panel. The interview took over 3 weeks from the application process and included a written exam first. Next step was reference check.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. However, at the end of the interview I did not get a feedback from the organization, which is disappointing. Many candidates would like to know whether they were selected or not. Additionally, what areas they can work on to improve.
