As a short-listed candidate I was requested to prepare a briefing note and presentation during 72 hour period, submit the materials before the deadline, and present the content to a panel interview (5-member panel). The exercise draws on institutional and subject matter knowledge. Depending on your circumstances and availability to complete the assignment in the given period, the assignment is challenging as a thoughtful response requires significant time to complete. This was followed by standard interview questions (for this reason, I rate the interview difficulty itself as average - but when including the combined preparation, it may be considered difficult). Interview process includes a compulsory independent French assessment.
