I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories (Dallas, TX)
Interview
I was referred to the position from a former manager at Antech. Interview consisted of night bench manager, day bench manager, and lab manager with the lab manager from the Houston lab on the phone. Typical interview. Asked about my previous experience from Antech and what my 5 year goals were. Also discussed what I planned to do with my Ani sci degree. Very good interview process. Not as intimidating as other interviews I've been on.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories in Aug 2023
Interview
I had a phone interview, and I thought it went well. They asked about my past experience, if I knew how to use a microscope and a pipette, why I wanted to work for IDEXX. I actually applied for the company 5-6 years ago but was not offered a position. This time around, despite having five years of lab experience and having worked at Banfield Pet Hospital (who uses IDEXX machines), I was still not offered a position. Not sure what they are looking for, but I don't think I'll be applying again.
