IDEAYA Biosciences interview questions

I was approached by a recruiter for the RA manager position and had a phone screen. Then virtually met with the hiring manager. After 2-3 weeks, I met virtually with 6 members of the team for a final round. The HR personnel was very responsive and helpful in scheduling the virtual meetings. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

The interview process lacked transparency, with minimal communication and unclear expectations. After several rounds, the company ghosted me entirely, leaving a disappointing impression of their professionalism and candidate experience. It was a negative experience.
