IDE Business Development interview questions

Found the position on local job posting board. Did a phone call with the owner, then two in-oerson panel interviews with 5-6 members of the staff. All the questions came from the owner, very few questions from anyone else. Lots of open-ended questions about what I would do to help the company find more customers.
