Quick and transparent process. All the people I have worked with were great and open to questions. Best types of people to work with. A lot of changes going on at C-level, but the transformation and additional initiatives are exciting even though quite confusing at times.

There are two interviews by using teams. The first interview: mostly simple questions, self introduction with one interviewer; second interview is about job related issues, personalities with two managers. It takes around one hour to discuss the job related issues.

If the supervisor ask you doing something that you don't agree with, what is your reaction?
It was a well organized process. The screening interview was followed by interviews with the hiring manager. The process included a test to demonstrate both analytical ability and a basic understanding of Excel. one of the firm's main tools.

I do not remember the specifics. But there were several around research process. For instance, how would you estimate the number of toasters sold each year in the Czech Republic. The hiring manager wanted to be sure the applicant could think through a research process.
