Long and terrible. Got a really bad feeling when I went into the office! Several rounds before final in office and project. Same generic questions throughout and felt very exhausted by the end.
Multiple round interview, first with lower level associates/ senior associates, then with higher ups. Wasn’t too difficult but felt like nobody really wanted to be there and everything thought they were smarter than you.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ICONIQ (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2024

Not communicative enough. They took forever to schedule and give feedback. It didn't seem like they knew what they were looking for. They were all over the place without direction.
