1st interview: HireVue with questions about your experience, why you want to work for the company, experience with leadership, experience with a difficult project/client etc. Additionally, a game to test your personality type with feedback at the end.
2nd interview: With hiring managers, they ask scenerio based questions about how deal with conflict, time management and if you can collaborate well. Additionally, some technical questions based on your knowledge of regulatory documents and procedures (huge emphasis on EU CTR requirements).
3rd interview: Presentation on several EU country regulatory requirements. They will then ask questions at the end.
