Interview
3 stages with several interviewers based on STAR methods, including a 30 minute psychometric-based assessment. In the end, I did not receive any feedback on the recruitment process, not even an automatic notification informing the process closure.

Questions based on STAR methods, discussing the specific situation, task, action, and result of the situation .
The interview process was generally fine. The interview itself was professional and the appropriate questions for the role were asked. Where the issue arose was after the interview when I was ghosted by the talent acquisition team. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will avoid applying for jobs here in the future and hope no one else has this same experience.

HR asked the candidate to introduction yourself - explain of the job position and the requirements - HR ask candidate to describe the past experience and explain the reason why do you think you would fit into this position - discuss about the benefit part
