It in person, HR will call for arranging for an interview, a person has to come to the required location. The interviewer will ask everything in detail. It may take 1-1:30 hours in total. Overall the interview process is good and manageable.

Interview
When I interviewed at ICON I was interviewed by an in house HR department that is no longer at the ICON building in Whitesboro. I was in interviews with the PK group when we were hiring. The interview process usually included the manager going in at first, followed by an interview by the PK or ADA group.

Interview
I started with a phone interview, and I scheduled an in-person interview. There was a follow-up panel interview. Since it's a recruiter that isn't located locally, the process took a few weeks. I was notified by phone, and an offer letter was sent through email with the contract details. They outsource for background checks after you accept the position.

Question 1
Having knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is very important, but I had none prior to accepting this position. The company website isn't very clear which each location does, so that can be a little deceiving as each location is responsible for certain aspects of clinical research.
