ICI Services interview questions

In person interview with team leader. Very casual and straight forward. Very thorough and well done. Was offered a job after the first interview. Accepted the job and am glad that I did.

Notified of the position via personal network. Completed short online application and posted my resume on the company website. Phone interview with a VP, who was very down-to-earth and easy to talk with. Became more of a conversation than interview.
