Interview
3 steps:
1. Test : General basic math and english test
2. Panel Interview : generally a panel of three, one being from HR department.
3. Final Interview : with the Head of HR and the Finance Department

Question 1
Panel Interview: Mainly technical questions relating to the field.
Final Interview: general questions ... like how did you overcome the most difficult situation faced.
Interview was average at best. The environment was chill and casual. There was humor involved. The test before the interview was easy but hard to complete in the given time which was 30 minutes.
