I had a Phone screen/interview with someone in HR, took about 30 minutes. This was kind of out of the blue without warning, so I didn't have time to prepare my answers. Despite this they called me back later that day to set up a second phone interview with someone offsite. I don't remember their role but they had more information about the specific project i'd be working on. This lasted about a half hour as well. I was then invited to come into the office for an in-person interview. This took about 3 hours, and I had 4 different interviews. the first was with HR which was pretty short, the next was with one of the executives on the project and was about 45 minutes, the next was with 2 other assistants, and that was about an hour long, and the final was with the lead on the project, and that lasted about a half hour. I found out about a week and a half later I did not get the job
