IC SUMMITS interview questions

Interview process was pretty quick- got the confirmation email, went in person and interviewed with 3 people on the Retail Summits team, interview lasted maybe 30 minutes. Overall was casual and they were friendly.

First interview with CEO, then in person with head of event team. Easy interviews, very conversational. I really enjoyed learning about the role, but the description was very brief and the explanation from the interviews were also hard to follow. I enjoyed speaking with them and it seemed like a good environment from the outside.
