The interview consisted of a CV review to determine suitability of the role followed by an interview with the client they represented. It was fairly interactive with the first round conducted via telephone. Both technical and personal questions were asked and if there was a match, then this lead to an in-site interview at the Client site. The on-site interview was mainly focussed on technical skills as this role was highly technical. After that, it was a few days before the decision was communicated.
