Interview

I was interviewed by the faculty manager and college president. It was fun and not difficult at all. I would call it a very friendly type of interview. They showed genuine interest in my responses and everything I shared in relation to the position I applied for.

Typical zoom interview process, and a follow-up instructional presentation on the material was expected to be given. Decent feedback given for the length of presentation. Went pretty smoothly in my opinion.

Slow at communication. Took 5 months to get hired. HR not involved and pretty much useless. Basic interview questions, tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for us, a couple questions specific to the job/position, that's it.
