Interviews are conducted online. There are three rounds. The first round is done with a Recruitment Consultant, the second round with an HR Manager in English and the third with all colleagues from the HR department. Feedback comes very quickly.

They examined the motivation to work in their firm and in the field of IT recruitment. We have gone through my previous work experiences and the reasons why I want to change my current job. They checked my ability to reject a candidate.
