I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IBI Capital
Interview
A phone interview of about half an hour that includes knowledge questions, a professional interview on Zoom for about an hour and a half, psychotechnical tests that last about two hours, an HR interview, another professional personal interview and another interview with the CEO of the company
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Sample question from the telephone interview: What is an interface, what is an abstract class, and what are the differences between them?
It started with a short chat with the recruiter. After that, there was a technical phone interview, about 10 minutes, where she asked a lot of relatively basic questions about various definitions and concepts. Then there was a technical interview on zoom, and I didn’t go through the remaining stages.

Question 1
The interview started with trivia questions: like what is DISTINCT, HAVING, what is CLR, IL, what is an index in SQL, the difference between ref and out, the difference between a thread and a task, and other SQL and C# questions. After that, there were 3 coding questions in C#.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBI Capital (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Feb 2023
Interview
The hiring process is excessively long, giving the impression that the company may not even be interested in hiring anyone at all. It begins with a 30-minute phone interview, followed by a one-hour Zoom call, an HR Zoom call, and a grueling three-hour psychotechnical test. But the process doesn't end there - after that, you have to endure a one-and-a-half-hour interview at their TV office without any offer of assistance with parking arrangements. And to top it off, there are one or two more interviews with the company, I fail before so the purpose of which remains unclear. Overall, the process is extremely tiring and exhausting!!

Question 1
OOP questions, with the focus in C#. Liked list question such as finding where two liked list will intersect . I also had JS code question what will be printed at the end of the rum (the solution was to understand what's the different between var and let)
