Throughout the process, which involved a total of four interviews, he kept in contact to provide me with updates. The interviews were done through Zoom, which was really nice because seeing someone in person as opposed to phone discussions, I felt, personalized the discussions. It's been quite awhile since I have interviewed and the process, in general, was seamless.
