Detailed review of financial position, goals and expectations for the future. Discussed long term goals and the purpose of pursuing a career with the company. We discussed work-life balance and the challenges of delivering benefits to employees as a small business. We discussed how we wanted to grow capabilities - through use of contract employees or through salaried employees.
