I had a phone interview that went great and was VERY hopeful based on the interviewers comments about my chances. But then was ghosted afterwards. I would have loved to hear one way or the other- especially when I was told they would definitely get back to me by a certain date and then did not. I would not have been upset if it were not for the positive attitude I was shown by the recruiter. I put off 2 other opportunities and now regret it.
