I Dig My Dog interview questions

Had an interview with the owner. She mainly asked about my previous workplace and was talking bad things about the company in comparison to her company. Didn’t really explain the job,any benefits,no work contract,rules etc. Feel like she just wanted to gossip about other dog daycares. Very unprofessional and rude.
