From there, the process moved quickly. I interviewed directly with the Manager for about an hour through a video call, and we kept cameras on. The conversation was a mix of behavioral questions, questions about my previous experience, and a discussion about how I approach requirements, communication, and cross-team collaboration. Overall, it felt very efficient and focused.
