I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland in Nov 2014
Interview
It was a 3 step process, meeting with team members, HR, and a technical review. They had a written test that was not difficult if you have some experience with coding and basic IT. The whole process took about 2 hours and was very comfortable.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland (Cleveland, OH) in Apr 2012
Interview
I submitted my application through Hylands website. Shortly after I was asked to participate in a telephone interview with HR. Finally there was a group interview which consisted of three parts. Part 1, was a written examination where you had respond to questions (e.g. document the steps to making a PB&J sandwich). Part 2 was a technical interview where an instructor tests the candidates technical ability (e.g. what is a URL). Part 3, was a face-to-face interview with HR and hiring managers in the QA department.
