The process is run by children... Kids.. Unprofessional.. It was a playground. No class. No decency. No tact. They contradict what your answers are. All young people. No diversity. Not a lot of women from what I seen. They don't tell you why your not hired. The process was a waste of two hours plus. Narrow minded questions, very quick to cut off your speaking, and looking at the clock. Stay away from here. Badly managed because I seen people in lobby with feet up, hair all messed up, no seriousness here at all. It was like something out of Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Got a job the next day after the interview. I did not hold out to hear from Hyland. On base is all they have.
