Simply find candidate (no profile matching filter), simply promise and ask pay cut to proceed second interview, simply reject and breaking the promise.
Candidate like their toys. Suspect HR is using candidates to boost their KPIs, cause I found that she text everywhere on LinkedIn.
For my fail scenario, they didn’t mention my technical test issue, just because they want a matched tech stack but I’m not.
