Interview with mechanical team lead and senior mechanical engineer. A very informal and relaxed interview which was an excellent experience with industry professionals. A casual approach which opened more questions relating to the job role and current projects. Plenty of information provided about the company and the future of the business.

2:1 interview with team leader and department head. Very informal and more of a conversation than a questioning. Plenty of opportunity to have a laugh and keep it casual, chance to ask any questions and make sure I understood exactly what the job role was and what was expected of me.

The process was very smooth. I applied to the HR after a vacancy was advertised on the Company's website. The HR answered after a couple of weeks asking when I am available for interview. The interview took place at the Company’s premises and was conducted in a friendly atmosphere. I did not get to see the whole Company at that time and thought it might be nice to have this opportunity.
