I applied online. I interviewed at HySecurity Gate (Kent, WA) in Dec 2021
Interview
You will be asked about your electrical background, your experience with software platforms, hydraulic systems, automatic gate operators, barrier arms, crash systems, and computerized control boards. The rest of the interview will just be a conversation to find out more about you and to find out if you're a good fit for the position.

Applied online then phone interview with Human Resources manager. Next interview was with head of the department. Asked lots of interesting questions. After that I met with more members of the immediate team.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at HySecurity Gate
Interview
I received the job description a half-day before my interview. Someone (not sure if it's the recruiter or the company) were unsure as to what they were looking for. But the job description , and the stuff they added during the interview, did not match my title and specialty.
The interviewer was a blowhard. I could tell it's a company full of executives who love to hear themselves talk.
They wanted me to come in directly, but I would have preferred a phone screening so that no one's time would have been wasted.
I am grateful that this was a bullet I dodged.
