His Leadership style seems more participative, while hers seems to be more of the autocratic style. The company’s values are based on their faith, but they do not operate based on a strong religious influence. The company is built on honesty, integrity and trust, and these traits are promoted throughout the company’s culture via interactions with the owners, etc. Family values and employee work satisfaction also appear to be very highly valued. Both were explicit about what they expect from employees and what employees can expect from the company, as well as the direction they want to take the company in over the next five years.
