Interview
There are generally 3 interviews. One over the phone one in person and a possible follow up from the two previous interviews. Several staff members help pick from the pool of applicants. Once all of the interviews are completed then the staff makes a determination based upon impression and skill level whether the candidate is a fit for the company.
