Interview
Interview lasted about 4 hours with several different managers. I was taken on a tour throughout the facility and also taken to lunch after the interviews. I was required to fill out a personality quiz and take it with me to the interviews.

I applied online, couple days later received a phone interview, a week after that a panel interview with 5 employees, and then I kept in brief contact with HR throughout the next months.

First, a screening call, then a face to face. An unexpectedly rigorous interview, meeting with VP's and HR. The entire process spanned nearly four hours and had me meeting with a broad range of employees.
