Hunt Regional Healthcare interview questions

Following a preliminary HR screening, I engaged in discussions with a hiring manager and proceeded with the interview process. However, subsequent research revealed concerns that should have prompted an earlier withdrawal from consideration. 1. Initial interviews with peer employees from other departments lacked substantive questions relevant to the position, suggesting a casual and potentially unprofessional work environment. 2. The on-site interview with the hiring team demonstrated a lack of industry knowledge and interviewing expertise, raising further concerns about professionalism. 3. Post-interview attempts to communicate my concerns to the hiring manager were met with no response. Based on my experience and online reviews, I would advise seasoned professionals against pursuing this role due to indications of a potentially toxic work environment.

The interview starts with a phone interview with the CBO. And then I came into the office where I interviewed with 3 individuals which included the RCM manager, the Director and Credentialing management.
