The first interview was hosted by HR, and she was friendly and nice. The second interview was organised by Regional manager and BD manager. The regional manager was also good. The BD manager was kind, too.

Interview
The interview process was incredibly efficient and well-organized. It consisted of two rounds: the first was a screening with HR, and the second was a panel interview with HR and two team leaders. The assessment was heavily focused on practical case studies rather than generic behavioral questions, which I found to be a great way to test actual problem-solving skills and business acumen.

They presented a role-play case study: Assuming you are a Business Development representative, how would you persuade a business owner to partner with Panda (or 'join the Panda platform')? They were looking for a structured approach on how to pitch the value proposition and handle potential objections.
