I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Humanyze in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview consisted of 3-4 conversations including a conversation with the CEO, HR and someone from the product team. Overall, the interview process was not well organized or transparent. There was little in the way of communicating the overall process or timeframe. I got the sense that the job description was posted and there may not be an actual job. Seemed as if they were hedging their bet and dealing with potential funding issues.
Thanks for your feedback. We do appreciate the time you took to speak with us. We will make sure to be more communicative with our applicants in the future. The position you interviewed for was available and has since been filled.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Humanyze in Feb 2016
Interview
I had a phone call with the CTO in which she asked me to talk about my interest in people analytics. She then asked me to analyze a data set of a former deployment within a week and send it back to her. The data set involved modeling a network of communication pattern. You could use any software package that you preferred (R or Python) but there was a slight emphasis on visualization.

Question 1
Why are you interested in Humanyze? What are you interested in doing long-term?
It was an in depth interview process with multiple on-line and in person meetings. I met with most of the team members as well as several of the investors. The interview included my views of current company with recommendations of where the company should think of going. Very thorough and professional.
