I had first round interview with virtual assistant. I was supposed to have second round with 3 folks, however in my second interview only one of the interviewer showed second one joined 5-10 mins late but never even spoke a word. We were done in 30 mins which was scheduled for 1 hrs. Now after a week, I get an automated system email saying my application was withdrawn (may be that means I wasn't selected). When 2 interviewers didn't show that was a red flag for me. The questions were very generic ones.

A recruiter reached out to me through Hired, We had a 45 min call, Then I was scheduled to meet with a panel from the Product team. Within the same week they scheduled me for a 2.5 hours white boarding case studio, After that I met with the Leadership team and then had "coffee" with other members of the Data, Design and Engineering team. a couple days later they extended an offer.
