I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Humana (Lindenwold, NJ)
Interview
I applied online via the website to a Humana cares Manager work from home position on Jan 13th. I was contacted via email about 2 weeks later from a career builder HR rep to set up a phone interview. I had to sign up for a time and date via a online site. I picked a date for later that Thursday. After that interview ( by career builder) I was told that they wanted to conduct a webcam interview. I was given a choice of dates and times I picked one for the following Thursday. it was at that point I was told that when that webcam interview was complete I would find out within 3hrs if I got the position. I was contacted exactly at the scheduled time and went thru an hour of behavioral type questions. The interview with the hiring manager went VERY well. 3 hours later I got phone call with and offer. My best advise is: they never tell you where the call is coming from. I had to wait a whole day because no message was left on my voicemail and I was not sure who was calling me from Kentucky. So be sure to answer any call out of the norm. All together the process took 3 weeks probably because I had to wait a week for the RN manager to schedule.

Question 1
Since I had on my resume I know Spanish, at the end of the interview, I was asked to say something in Spanish. I am not a native speaker and was taken off guard when asked that question but I responded well.
