I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Humana (Louisville, KY) in Feb 2009
Interview
The interview process started with a phone interview with Humana's HR dept (which, I believe, is outsourced). The phone interview was only a few questions about my background. The HR rep told me as much as she knew about the posting, and also encouraged me to ask questions.
From there, I had an interview with 4-5 mgrs from the dept. Although interviewing with that many people simultaneously can be intimidating, the team made an effort to make it a relaxed environment. After that interview was complete, I took a test to demonstrate my knowledge of MS Word.
The HR team called to offer me the position about 4 days after my in-person interview.

Interview
Process was slow and disorganized. Call was scheduled, but did not include the correct people. Had to be rescheduled. No system or way to see stages of process. Is my resume being reviewed, am I being considered, etc? No way to tell where you are in the process.

Interview
I met with the VP (hiring manager) and she described what she wanted. Subsequent interviews with additional managers, some behavioral type questions. I took copious notes throughout the meetings and received the offer.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Humana (Louisville, KY) in May 2016
Interview
Lengthy, with multiple rounds: starting with the HR rep, then the Hiring Manager, followed by potential peers and finally the department director. Because it was a consultancy group, the questions were case-based and qualitative in nature....
