First, I received a text message interview, then after the text message interview there was an automated phone interview which was a little awkward because answering the questions are just so one-sided. Waiting to hear if I am moving forward in the process.

Please tell me how you were able to work with someone who appeared difficult.
One interview about 30 min long. Asked scenario type questions and how would you react in conflict type situations. Wanted to know nursing history, educational background. I interviewed with the executive director via zoom and the interview was on camera. I received an offfef sbout 7 days after the interview.

Interview
I did a phone screening then video interview with the local director. Went very well, director was personable and able to answer job related tasks and about future of the company and position.
