Human Resources Research Organization interview questions

I had a 45-minute screening interview with 2 managers via Microsoft Teams. I was then asked to come to the office in Alexandria, VA for a day-long interview. This involved arranging my travel, planning a one-hour job talk to give to the company over lunch, and a one-hour work experience doing some data analysis task. The travel costs would be reimbursed after the process was complete. I decided to drop out of the interview process after receiving a job offer from another company whose interview process was much simpler and seemed to have more energy about their work and teams.

Multiple interviews with variety of hiring managers. One was more structured interview behavioral questions while another was a difficult interview based on best IO/research practices. Was not expecting the level of depth to those questions as an intern
