Human Resource Dimensions interview questions

Basic questions were asked. No follow-up on reason why not moved to next step in process even though during the interview, she said I would be moving forward. Would have liked feedback.

I interviewed with everyone in the company. It was done in groups of two or threes. It wasn't an ordinary interview, but it really helped me understand the culture about the company. It was both beneficial for me and HRD. Now, since I started working here, we all manage to interview everyone that wants to join the team. We want to make sure they fit with us.
