I applied online. I interviewed at Human Care Systems in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied online. I was quickly contacted by the CEO to schedule an interview, which I thought was odd. We scheduled a time slot for the following week bt the CEO, someone else and me. An hour before the interview the CEO emailed me to reschedule for later that day. I accepted and when we had the call the CEO never showed and there was no mention of him. The interview was easy and they still asked the case question about the government wanting to buy school furniture. I thought the interview went well, the person that interviewed me even mentioned that. I sent her a thank you email the next day. I sent another email on Monday of the following week and another 2 weeks after the interview requesting any updates on the position. I sent the person I interviewed with and the nest person I would have interviewed with a linked in request. It has been about a month and I’ve had zero replies to any emails and the linked in requests are still pending. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Interview
The interview seemed to go well and it was pretty basic. Just a "get to know you" interview. I was contacted very soon after about scheduling another interview and then I was ghosted. They have not responded to any emails. It is very unprofessional. I had heard questionable things about the company and the situation solidified them. You would likely do better investing your time into another company.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Human Care Systems (New York, NY) in Aug 2019
Interview
Applied end of July'19. Got a quick response and they scheduled an interview with the Director of Operations. Really enjoyed our conversation- Basic behavioral questions and 1 easy case study question. After the call, I got an email the next day asking me to visit their Boston office the same week. They sent a presentation and asked me to present a project (mock presentation) and it's timeline to a potential client. Things were going pretty fast.. I was excited and started working on the presentation. The same evening, they emailed saying since I was from Philadelphia and not from Boston and it was in such short notice, they wanted me to go through another phone interview- this time with the COO. It was a nice gesture and I really liked how they cared for their applicants.
I was excited about the call with the COO. And on the day of the call, I received an email saying I'm going to be talking with the CEO Matt Hall. Got me more excited and showed that their organization is flat and even their program manager role interview is important to the CEO.
Then things went down!! The phone call with the CEO was very bad and felt unprofessional. CEO didn't know anything about my background (he said he didn't have my resume) or which role I had applied for. He asked me 2 questions:
1. What case study was presented in your last call?
2. What other companies and roles are you looking to apply?
Right after the questions he cut the call. I felt that the CEO had already made his decision before the call.
Next week, I got an email saying I was not a good fit. I do not understand how that call with the CEO was a deciding factor for them. If my background was not a good fit, they wouldn't have invited me for the in-person interview. The questions he asked were irrelevant to the role/company and couldn't have changed anything. Still believe if I had gone for the in-person interview, things would have been different!
