The interview process was very lengthy and didnt have any sort of organization. HR was just a robot and didnt have a clue how to interview or answer any questions about the company or how the company operates.

I was hired via a craigslist ad. The HR manager hand picked me. My only job was to interview with three managers and the president of the company and win them over. Needless to say I did. Know what you are talking about, be confident, assured, and courteous.
