Very poor standards in conducting interviews. Was set up for a call with someone from HR however HM was on the call instead. there was no connection with HR for screening. HM had the camera off to start the calls while we spoke mid way I felt she was not listening and had her lost (was on mute) so had to ask if she was still on the call. Mid way through the call she answers her phone to pause the interview. I was shocked and found the experience to be a bit rude. I was then told there would be another round However I get an email with no feedback, just an automated rejection. Feels like it was a total waste of time and was being teased for my jobless situation.
